hi 👋🏽
I'M ANERI
a Senior Product Researcher obsessed with understanding the complex worlds of human beings, storytelling, and the process of creation.

About Me
I first stumbled upon Experience Design as a college sophomore while leading UCLA’s Entrepreneurship Club—back when I was trying to figure out where product, research, and strategy intersected. Without direct access to people in the field, I decided to create my own opportunity: I put together a team and launched UCLA’s first-ever Designathon. We gathered hundreds of designers, researchers, and strategists, invited industry experts, and immersed ourselves in a day-long sprint of creativity and problem-solving. That event became my first real research project—observing how designers designed, how researchers framed problems, and how businesses made decisions.
Since then, I’ve spent my career diving deep into human experiences, facilitating collaboration, and helping teams build thoughtful, impactful products. I’ve worked as a UX researcher at large scale companies like Lyft and Pinterest, and most recently, I've been the founding UX researcher at a startup, building the research function from the ground up. I thrive in environments where research is not just about answering questions but about influencing vision, driving strategy, and helping businesses stay deeply connected to the people they serve.
With a love for entrepreneurship and an eye for untapped opportunities, I also run my own business, Project Memory. It is a venture dedicated to empowering people to make memorykeeping and storytelling more tangible. Whether I’m conducting research, solving product problems with teammates, or creating something new—you can always find me exploring, building, and making experiences better.
